Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you keep items in stock?
No. Each product is printed especially for your order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs.
Shipping
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Peri Layne Designs ships only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, but we’re currently focused on providing the best possible service to our U.S. customers.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you ordered multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend comparing the measurements with a favorite shirt before ordering since all items are made to order.
Will colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile device settings, as well as the printing process.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love creating something special for our customers. If you have a custom design idea, please reach out through our Contact page with the details. We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s something we can create.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Gifts
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their shipping address during checkout.
