At Peri Layne Designs, every item is made to order just for you. Because each product is custom printed after your order is placed, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Incorrect color or product selection made at checkout
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our production and shipping partner to investigate and determine the best solution.
Please note that Peri Layne Designs is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible after it is placed. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has begun.
