Order Processing and Shipping

Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Preference changes after production has begun
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot generally be provided.
